Orders are shipped every working day (Monday to Friday). Orders received by 2 PM are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.
We can arrange for parcel deliveries on Saturdays after prior consultation.
Shipping by Courier
All shipments are made through the company ELTA Courier. Each parcel is processed within 1 to 3 working days for all areas of Greece, except for some exceptions concerning remote regions.
The usual time of receiving the order in urban – semi-urban areas of mainland Greece is 1-2 days. The above deadlines do not apply during extreme weather or strikes and, in any case, of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
Shipping costs / Free delivery for parcels up to 2 kg:
- For orders over 50 € the shipping costs are free of charge for all of Greece.
- For orders under 50€ the cost is 3.5€ for the mainland and 4€ for the islands.
- For each additional kilo (after 2 kilos) there is a charge of €1 per kilo.
- For bulky parcels, there may be a charge different from the weight (shown in the shopping cart).

Box Now Locker Delivery
Box Now lockers are centrally located in each area, ensuring 24/7 access.
For orders up to €50, shipping costs are €2.10.
Orders over €50 are free.
The maximum package dimensions that can be delivered through Box Now are 60 x 40 x 35 (L x W x H) due to size limitations in the available lockers.
Maximum Weight per shipment is 20kg.
Shipment delay.
It is possible that one of the products you ordered is not actually available, has a defect that precludes it from being sold, or is listed with incorrect information. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative.
During periods of extreme weather or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
A delay may also occur if there is a problem with your order (either concerning the product or its payment) and you cannot be contacted (by phone and e-mail). This can happen if your contact information needs to be correctly registered or updated; therefore, Xproshop is not responsible.
