If, for any reason, you wish to return any of the products you purchased, you can do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value or requesting a refund, according to the following instructions:

• The customer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 cal-endar days of receipt of the product under Law 2551/1994 (as amend-ed by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). Products to be returned must be accompa-nied by their relevant purchase documents (receipt or invoice).
• Returns are only accepted when the product is in the same condition you received, i.e., unopened, tampered with, or used. For this reason, upon delivery of the order, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, incorrect contents, etc.).
